Your top 3 ways to get hours back,
in writing.
A 90-minute session and a written Hours-Back Roadmap that shows where your team's week goes and which three fixes to build first. You keep the roadmap whether you build with me or not.
Does this sound like your week?
- A big job calls while you're with another client, and it goes to voicemail.
- Someone retypes the same details into two systems.
- A lead or a follow-up only happens if somebody remembers.
- The weekly report takes an afternoon.
- Scheduling lives in a calendar, a few texts and one person's head.
If one of those made you wince, this is for you. It suits owners, GMs and ops managers at businesses of about 2 to 20 people, where someone is the office on top of their real job.

- 01Free 10-minute fit callWe check it's a fit. I don't diagnose anything on this call.
- 02
I send them after the fit call, and they're due 2 days before we meet. They ask about:
- How many calls, leads and enquiries come in each week
- The software you pay for each month
- What a typical customer is worth to you
- How many quotes or enquiries turn into work
- Who does the admin, and roughly what they're paid
- 03
Bring whoever handles the admin. We go through:
- How work comes in, gets booked, done and paid
- Where details get typed twice or live in someone's head
- Where things wait on a person to remember
- The reports and admin that eat evenings
- Which fix you'd pick first, and why
- 04Your Hours-Back RoadmapWithin 5 business days: your top 3 ways to get hours back, ranked. What’s in it ↓
- 05
By video or in person, once you've had the roadmap for a day or two.
- 30 minutes going through the roadmap and your questions
- 15 minutes on next steps, if you want any
- A build quote if you ask for one. A build of $2,000 or more started within 90 days gets the full audit fee taken off.
What's in your Hours-Back Roadmap
A plain-English report, about 10 pages. It leads with your top 3 ways to get hours back and skips the list of everything wrong with your business.
Your top 3, ranked
The three changes that would give your team the most time back, in your words, in the order I'd build them.
For each win
- The task it fixes and who does it today
- Hours a week it could give back, and what that time costs you
- Build it, buy it, or wait: if an off-the-shelf tool already does the job, I say so
- Which of your tools it connects to
- Rough build time and cost at $100 an hour
- The care plan it would need and how long it takes to pay for itself
The rest of the picture
- A map of the tools you pay for and where they don't share information
- At least one honest “not yet”: something worth leaving alone for now
- A last page of next steps: time and money back, build cost, care plan and payback, side by side
Every number is labelled measured (from your records) or estimated (from what you told me). Staff time is costed at your wage plus about 20% for payroll costs, unless you give me a better number.
What the audit doesn't include
- Building anything. The audit plans the work; builds are quoted separately at $100 an hour.
- Logins or access to your systems. I work from what you show and tell me.
- A software sales pitch. If a tool you already pay for can do the job, the roadmap says so.
CA$1,000 + GST
CA$750 + GST when you complete the pre-call questions before your session. Go ahead with a build of $2,000 or more within 90 days and the full audit fee comes off it.
